Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Sep 16, 2026

The short version

  • Present on Time is completely free to use right now, for every package, with no credit card required.
  • There is no limit on team members, events, screens, or storage on any package.
  • This continues until further notice. If that ever changes, every existing customer will be given at least 30 days' written notice before any pricing or limit takes effect.

1. Free and unlimited access

For as long as this section remains in effect, every package offered on our Pricing page is free of charge and carries no limit on the number of team members, events, display screens, or the amount of media storage a company may use. This is not an introductory or trial offer with a hidden expiry — it is the current, standing basis on which the service is provided, and it remains in effect until we formally announce otherwise under the notice period described below.

2. 30 days' notice before anything changes

If we ever decide to introduce paid pricing, reintroduce usage limits, or otherwise charge for access that is currently free and unlimited, we will give every existing customer at least 30 days' advance written notice (by email to the address on your account, or by a notice shown in the application) before any such change takes effect. Nothing in this section obligates us to introduce pricing or limits at any particular time, or at all — it only guarantees the notice you will receive if we do.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You own the agenda, speaker, branding, and event content you upload — we do not claim any ownership over it, and it is used only to operate the service on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the platform for genuine event planning and production purposes. Don't use it to store or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt the service for other customers, or to circumvent the access controls (roles, permissions, screen tokens) the platform provides.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, including for live events in progress, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from planned maintenance, outages, or factors outside our reasonable control, such as your venue's own internet connection.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the product actually works. Material changes — and in particular any change affecting the free-and-unlimited commitment in section 1 — will follow the same 30-day notice period described in section 2.
